March 2026 Prayer Letter
Spring is here, and we are enjoying the warmer weather. We just had a ladies’ evangelization outreach on March 7th. Fourteen Moldovan ladies came as well as four children. It went well. The gospel was preached and there were many positive comments made. Pray for these ladies that God’s Word will continue to work in their hearts and that they will be drawn to Christ in salvation.

We have been busy getting things in order for us to leave for furlough in a few weeks. Abby and Caleb finally received their residence permits! It was an answer to prayer that they were for two years so that it will not interfere with our current furlough plans. They will fly out ahead of us on March 31st., and the rest of the family will follow on April 21st. Please pray for safe travels.
We have many details yet to plan for furlough, but the church meetings are booked. If we did not book a meeting with you, we will send a link to our video. We are looking forward to seeing many of you again. Pray that we will be a blessing to others while on our four month furlough.
Maia, that we have mentioned before, has been continuing to seek the Lord through prayer and God’s Word. She has seen God provide for her and answer her prayers. Just recently she called and was needing to pay her gas and electric bills, but her disability check had not come yet. Already that morning we had deposited some money that someone had sent in her account before she even asked. God knew her need and provided. He is faithful. Also, there are developments where she might be able to start getting some of her children back in her custody in the coming months. Thank you for prayers for her.
We have also mentioned Tamara with her health problems. She continues to be sick and have ongoing problems. Cysts were recently found on her only kidney. Right now there are plans to operate in May. Continue to pray for her faith and health.
Please also pray for a situation affecting us and hundreds of thousands more in Moldova right now. The official report is that a Russian missle damaged a hydroelectric plant 40 miles NW of us, causing an oil leak in the river that runs between our city and Ukraine. This river is the source for all our city water and for hundreds of thousands in the northern part of Moldova. The water reserves are about to be depleated and many locations are already cut off from the city water. Currently no more water is being treated until the issue is resolved with the river's pollution. We have several wells (yes, the old fashion kind where you lower the bucket on a chain or rope and crank it up) on our street, so this will be more of an inconvenience than a catastrophy for us personally. We will need to purchasing drinking water, which I hope will still be in supply. Please pray for the authorities to resolve this issue.
Thank you for your prayers and support over the years. We know we are not alone in the work here. We are laborers together with you and the Lord.
